Auditing and Quotations
We’ll carry out a full and detailed assessment of your existing telephone or communications system, completely free of charge and without further obligation. Installation
We understand the importance of getting your new system or equipment up-and-running as smoothly and as quickly as possible. We’ll bend over backwards to ensure that there’s the least possible disruption to your business during the installation process and are happy to suggest and implement temporary holding solutions to reduce any downtime to an absolute minimum.
Maintenance
- We’re currently offering all our customers one year’s free maintenance on all products or systems installed by us. See our What’s New page for further details.
- We offer fixed price maintenance contracts or we can tailor an agreement to meet your specific needs. Prices for tailored agreements depend on such factors as required response times, level of customer expertise, whether an engineer is required to be permanently on site etc.
- We provide trained engineers to resolve any problems which may occur or implement the changes you require.
- We resolve any software changes remotely, via a Modem, so you do not have to wait for an engineer to call.
- We carry stocks of all equipment likely to be required so that any ‘down-time’ is minimised.
- We ensure that our engineers have access to our database giving details of your installation, site details and history. They will also be able to draw on our company’s knowledge pool so that problems are resolved in the minimum time.
- We carry out regular preventative maintenance.
Security Audits
Our objective is to allow you to maximise your Nortel Networks product and drive down costs, in these days of sophisticated toll fraud, being ahead of the game is a must. This service involves an audit of the Meridian system for toll fraud, and inappropriate use, both in the Core switch and Voice Mail System.
Our brief is to check that your system has the correct configurations in place to enable business as usual without a high risk of fraud. Checks we put in place will try and eliminate any possibility of unauthorised access of the Voice or Converged network, internal or external. The service will comprise a consultation, audit, full report of findings, recommendations, and implementation.
