1. What does iCallonline do?
iCallonline is a hosted interactive service installed on your / customers
website. iCallonline enables the visitors to the website to talk in real
time to a live operator, which in turn provides an opportunity to
convert website visitors into repeat customers.
This is a extremely attractive service as owners of website's spend
tremendous resources in promoting their sites.

2 Do I need computer speakers and a microphone?

If your PC has a sound card installed, then all you need are your computer speakers (internal
or external) and a PC microphone (internal or external). However, a computer headset with
microphone should be used and is strongly recommended to avoid echoing.


3 What kind of headset should I use?
You need a computer headset, not a telephone headset. A computer headset has two
separate connectors - one for the microphone, and one for the speaker (some newer
headsets connect via USB, which are very good). Also make sure that the headset has a
microphone.


4. What does it cost to set-up and run?
The set-up of an iCallonline costs £80 (excl VAT). and £15 for a pre paid calling card with 500
UK minutes at UK normal rates of 3p per minute.. The set up is a one of cost.
No further charges are made for maintenance or support.


5. Do I pay any monthly or annual maintenance or support fees?

No. Your only fee, aside from calls, is the initial cost of your iCallonline button(s)


6. How do I get my iCallonline Button?

After completing the online registration form at www.icallonline.com , we will send your
confirmation and instructions on how to install your new iCallonline button.


7. How quickly can I be set up?
We are currently able to offer a 24 hour delivery of your iCallonline Button.


8. What do I need to do to make my iCallonline Button work?

You (or your web-site supplier) needs to insert an html code on your web-site. Full
instructions are supplied when you sign-up for your iCallonline account.
Do I need to get any new equipment (i.e. switchboard or new phones)?
No. iCallonline connects to you using your existing equipment without any changes to your
infrastructure


9. Who pays for the calls?
You (the iCallonline owner) pays for the call, this is a free of charge freephone 0800 service
for your customers and website visitors to enable them to connect to you on their request.


10. What do calls cost?
This depends on what numbers are used by you and your customer. Each call will cost a
different amount depending on the location and type of network (i.e. mobile, landline or
international). You are given a full list of all current call charges as part of our service.


11. What is a typical call cost?
For a call between a UK customer and a UK supplier using direct dial numbers the cost is
3euros per minute. A full international price guide can be accessed at

12. How are call costs calculated?
By the minute and all calls are deemed to have a minimum 1 minute duration.


13. How do I pay?
We take your initial set-up fee and first call funding deposit (usually £15)Thereafter you can
top-up your call funds manually.


14. Do I see full detail of my iCallonline call charges?
We provide you with full on-line reporting of all requests that have been generated by your
Button, with call times, durations, numbers called and associated costs.


15. Do all numbers work with iCallonline?
You may use your button with any fixed line or cellular telephone worldwide. Premium Rate
Numbers (e.g. 09xxx in the UK) or emergency or operator answered numbers (e.g. 999,112,
911 etc). Non UK Premium Rate Numbers and barred numbers will also not be called back.
Also Most European Non Geographic numbers cannot be reached, however there is always a
direct number behind every Non geographic number.


16. Can I limit the location of the caller?
Not as yet. We offer worldwide coverage


17 What happens if we are closed for business and we are contacted from abroad
Your website visitor could leave a message on your voicemail or they can leave a text
message on our HTML textbox, then submit there enquiry to you.


18. Are there any limitations on the use of my buttons(s)?
No. An iCallonline Button can be used on as many web-sites or emails as required. You only
need more than one if you would like to point customers at different points in your
organisation.


19. Can I use my button in marketing campaigns?
Absolutely, although we would suggest you use a new iCallonline Button to help you track the
activity associated with your campaign. Allowing you to pinpoint your successes and
effectively measure your return on investment.


20. Can I change the number to which the customer is connected?
Yes. You get full administrative control over all the functionality of your Buttons. This includes
being able to change the landing destination number. Such a change takes immediate effect.


21. Can I change my Button design?
Yes. Within the constraints of our design template, you can change the look and feel of your
iCallonline Button at any time


22. Can I add new Buttons as required?
Yes. Using the interface described in 19. above


23. Is my Button secure?
Yes. The iCallonline Button uses encrypted links to send commands to our servers.
