Telecom Systems Northern Ireland was set up in 2003 by current Managing Director, Dave Wilson. Dave, originally from South Africa, has been living in Northern Ireland for the last 26 years and in the course of his career has clocked up over 30 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry as a telecoms engineer. So although the company is a relatively new player on the local scene, our clients can rest assured that at Telecom Systems N.I. we have a wealth of insider knowledge and hands-on experience to draw upon when generating the best solutions to fit their needs.

Market Stance

Telecom Systems aims to offer small and medium-sized business something different in the form of approachable, flexible customer service which puts the wishes and best interests of the client first every time.

We like to regard each customer as an individual rather than a number or another notch on the belt of subscription sales (the way, let’s face it, some of the bigger players in the industry do!).

Dedication

We’re always willing to go the extra mile for you, whether this means responding to call-outs at short notice or out-of-hours if necessary, providing an audit of your telecoms needs and detailed quotation entirely free of charge and without obligation, or recycling your old telephone system and equipment.

We’re keen too on making the whole area of telecommunications accessible even to the novice, and don’t believe that the best way to impress you is to bamboozle you with a raft of high-tech jargon. On the contrary, our aim is to guide you smoothly through the maze of modern telecommunications and we’ll gladly act as the interface between you and the big public service providers and save you all the hassle that can sometimes entail!
