Hsc Finance

HSC Finance was formed in 2004 by founder Gerry Walsh to help people looking for finance to "Help Save Costs". The ethos of the company is to reduce the amount of money a client pays to either a mortgage of life provider by sourcing the market and giving them the best possible deal available. HSC has also the lowest broker fees on the market and what we specialise in is retaining customers by reducing fees when ever we get repeat business from the same customer.

We also reduce their fee further if they happen to refer business to us. The idea being that if a customer refers so many people to us, by they time they need their mortgage reveiwed again they may not have any broker fee to pay. EG A customer comes to me for the first time. I charge a fee of £499. If they come back the fee is reduced to £299. This fee is further reduced by £50 for every referral they send to me. So in fact if a customer were to refer 6 friends and family to me then they would have no fee to pay on any repeat business. This is standard procedure for every customer and is our way of retaining clients.

HSC Finance also helps a number of sporting bodies and charities. If anyone comes to us and does business and is part of one of the above then we make a donation to the charity or sports club to help their finances. We have recently sponsored the Sarsfields minor team and Lavey GAC and The James Walsh Memorial Shield.
